Quality Control

The goal of quality control is to make PageMax quality the best in the market. To ensure top quality in all PageMax products, Clarity Imaging performs constant quality and life testing in their state-of-the-art laboratory. Cartridges are tested under extreme humidity and extremely dry conditions to ensure proper performance wherever and whenever they are used. All incoming components are carefully checked against stringent PageMax specifications.

Manufacturing Process Documentation
PageMax documents the entire manufacturing process and utilizes Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent high-quality manufacturing. The SOPs document each step required to build each individual product and augment this documentation with photographs.  In addition, all critical inspection criteria are defined and highlighted.

In Process Auditing
We have dedicated roving inspectors/auditors to assure adherence to SOPs.

Manufacturing Testing
All finished product is 100% tested in printers. The uniform print test pages are inspected against acceptance criteria. The test pages are filed for review during customer return analysis.

Finished Product Auditing

• Sample inspections of final finished product before shipping
• Production Life Lab Testing: Each work order is sample tested in the lab
• Testing criteria include destiny, yield, grams/page and visual standards
• Yields are tracked on a run chart
