Print quality and cartridge reliability are cornerstones of the value that PageMax cartridges provide to our end-users. That’s why PageMax employs a Product Development-Engineering group and Cross-Functional Yield Improvement teams to create the highest quality and most technologically advanced product in the industry.

PageMax documents the entire manufacturing process and utilizes Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent high-quality manufacturing. The SOPs document each step required to build each individual product and augment this documentation with photographs.  In addition, all critical inspection criteria are defined and highlighted.

100% of PageMax cartridges are tested for print quality and print density prior to packaging.  In addition, destructive testing is done on select cartridges from each manufacturing lot.  The destructive testing ensures that stated yields are met as well as that the quality of the print-out remains outstanding throughout the life of the cartridge.  Couple with an independent audit function called in-line testing, PageMax’s current error rate is less than 1%.
