Clarity Imaging uses state of the art components and instrumentation for all of its products.

We use “new” components on the occasions that wear and tear characteristics impact print quality and page yield.  Our systems use unique components that meet stringent specifications.  

Cartridge components include:

• Organic Photoreceptors
• Special toners
• Primary Charge Rollers (PCR)
• Metering blades
• Modified magnets
• Housings and fittings

Defect analysis using optical microscopy has allowed us to create a defect library for the entire manufacturing plant, including root cause analysis and documentation.
